I have a 2x6 pan and it is continued flow and the ports on the whole pan are to high off the botttom so I can't draw off without unhooking and tipping the front pan up and dumping it out which defeats the whole purpose of the continued flow pan very frustrating. any suggestions or solutions I believe the pan was originally bought from stainless steel creations.

Thanks, kacey

How far off the bottom are you talking? Typically the ports are as far as they can be welded towards the bottom and you will have the thickness of the port is all. Then you just run the sap/syrup level high enough to be able to draw off. Mine usually runs .75 to 1 inch.
