Yippee my new eBay purchase showed up quick! Question for the experts out there. This says it's range is 0 to 80degrees Celsius or 32 to 175 F.... But the ATC range is between 10 and 40 degrees Celsius. Is the "range referring to something else other than the sample temp?

I figure if I take a cold spoon full of syrup and let it sit a min it won't take long to get to 40 C.
