Maple on NPR

Just listened to this podcast (http://onpoint.wbur.org/2014/03/07/maple-syrup-sugar-season-quebec)from a show on NPR last week. Good show and it's good to see maple in the news.

I just listened to the exchange farm bill program, it mentioned maple in passing a couple times. But made me wonder how the heck I ever started farming without NOFA, beginning farmers and free gov money.
