Took in about 60 gallons this morning from 33 taps another 20 gallons this afternoon, figured I would get the pan sweetened. hoping for another good run tomorrow

Had some sap the last few days, not keeping track but your run seems stronger than mine has been.

Had a late work day yesterday, of course it had to be over 60 degrees, went to start to boil this morning and the 80 gallon of sap I had was real cloudy with a little off taste, hated to do it but I poured it out. sanitized the tank and collected another 40 gallon of clear this afternoon. Got it on the evaporator now, Thinking about pulling the taps tomorrow. I'll end up with about 10 to 12 gallon, so not to far off from last year of 15 gallon. Been fun but ready to clean it up.
