For me it is a state of mind.
No matter where you are in the US, there will be new laws and hurdles. So it must me a Can Do State you are in to keep going forward with your dreams.

LOL Karen. You Canadians win hands down, no contest. We're just voting for runner up :) Blame it on acer envy.

In his/her defense poor lttiz tried and redid the poll when the excluded natives got restless and probably wants to drown himself in a vat of sap by now. I'll give him a mulligan for being new here and because of the limitations of the poll software.
