Hi,

I've got a Mason 2x4 with a divided flat pan. Looking to add a blower to increase my GPH after suffering in the cold for 5 nights last week boiling after work at night.

I notice on the back of the ash pan there is a plate with 4 bolt heads. From the looks of his site this is where the blower is attached. Can anyone advise me if this blower is the proper size?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/DAYTON-1TDP7-PSC-Blower-115-Volt-/331133815130?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4d191d095a

It states the outlet size as 2 3/16" x 3 1/4" which seems small. My evaporator is far away from me right now, so I can't just go measure. I don't know if he builds in a standard size outlet or if there is a particular blower I should be looking for.

Thanks!

I can measure mine when i get home tonight, and let you know if you do not hear before then. I have the blower on my evaporator. I would recomend wiring it up with a dimmer switch so you can adjust the speed.
