So we will finally tap Wednesday this weekends weather looks good so maybe will be boiling next week some time
we have 5 gallons of syrup pre-ordered for this season it will be nice to be back in the sugar house again I had a friend tell me
me today I could tap his trees next season and he also gave me a list of people I might want to talk to so thing are looking up

I looked at accueweather.com again and we will have a few good days this week and next week will be slow but that is ok. the next week after that the rush will be on
I still have a lot to do but I will get it done.
