Just was curious what you guys think this 2x6 pan will get. I bought it from kinalfarm. It's a drop flue/tube pan. I did a test boil yesterday and got a heck of a boil going on it in a very short period of time. Thanks kacey9007

I wouldn't be surprised if you got 12 to 15. I have a smaller set up than that without the drop tubes and I get 8 to 10 with a basic preheater and no blower.

Are those simple drop tubes or do they connect under the pan, front to back? HWhat size are the tubes, diameter and length?

Dave, the tubes go the length of the pan and are connected kind of like a drop flue without being open to the pan like drop flues. I'm pretty sure they are inch and a half in diameter maybe a hair bigger. And they are 4 ft long. I did a test boil yesterday with water and the fire wasn't that hot and had that baby kicking without a blower, I'm planing on adding a blower too. Kinalfarm said he was getting 22-25 gal per hour with blower I'm hoping to get that or better. Thanks for the response -kacey-
