Tried to find it locally. I can get it from McMaster Carr, but I have to buy too much. I am having a finisher made, and would like to put a filter tray in. Unit will be 27"x 16", any thoughts for a good source?
Thanks, Doug

Get twice what you need from Mc & Carr and you should be in the min order and will have a replacement section.

There are also places on ebay that have perf SS tray material in sheet form that will fit the build.

You can save your self some time and money, just forget the tray. I had one made several years ago and the tray never worked good. Syrup would just lay in filter and take forever to go thru. Just put filter across top and use some strong clamps to hold it and pour the syrup thru. Have a much larger one now and do the same. Use my smaller one with tray to sift crumb sugar.

Thanks guys! I'm hoping my brother in law comes through for me with the pan soon!
