Best of luck. May there be many more gallons in your season this year! I have a feeling this year will be a good one once the trees start flowing. We've had plenty of snow cover and the forecast for march looks pretty good so far. Keep your fingers crossed. It's coming :)

Good for you. We collected a little over 60 gallons on Saturday and boiled all day. We finished about 1 1/2 gallons of syrup. It was nice to finally start boiling. We can't wait for it to start again.

Nice! We have cleaned out the tubing now, and will be ready to go if it runs next week some time. The only days which look promising are Thursday and Friday, so we'll see...
