holding off till next weekend

Here in Queensbury, this week looks way to cold. Looking to tap next weekend.

I put in 75 taps on Saturday down here. Couldn't get to the other 200 and with the cold now I figured it wouldn't be worth it. I'll also be going "all in" next weekend.

Gotta say, it looks like the Accuweather forecasters are maple addicts. Their monthly forecast is absolutely perfect for sugaring... after the 7th. Needless to say it's nothing that can be trusted. Just found it interesting.

Missed a little run,we made about 10 gal,but it was from the vacumn only,never got te other tanks out,it was a good test run,now,drain evaporator and finish 300 more taps and set out rest of the tanks,we'll be ready and wait'n
