Tried to fire up the RO today and the feed pump won't turn on. On the LED display it says ALM...Assuming that means Alarm? The service light came on too. I opened up the electrical panel and it is very clean inside, there are no breakers tripped and it all appears ok from what I can see. Anyone have any ideas what would cause the RO not to turn on, and for the Service light to come on? Any idea who could service that unit in the Richmond Vermont area?
Thanks
Mike

I have a Lapierre 150which I have owned since 2005 and the ALM has always been lit on my display. I have never had a service light come on and I'm not sure if my RO even has one. If you can't get this figured out give Lapierre USA a call. They are in Swanton and should be able to help you get this problem solved.

Was there liquid in the unit at all? if so it probably froze if not in a heated area and not going to let the pump spin I would do what Russ said call today they should be open.

It is in a heated room. The room stays at about 45 all winter long. I'll give them a call today to see if they have any suggestions. Thanks Mike

Turn the pumps over with a screw driver, all the motors on the RO have a hole in the end to put in a flat screw driver. Just be sure you turn it the right way, i think clock wise. The second year i had mine that same thing happened at start up, a couple of the pumps had gotten tight from sitting.
