Bought a plastic head tank from TSC It has a 3/4 inch outlet. Will that be enough to feed a 2 by 6 with a hood and preheater. 2 by 4 flu pan. If not is there a way to change the size

3/4" should be plenty big enough.

Rayi it will be more than enough to feed your evaporator, that's what I used on my 2x6 and I had plenty of flow .I put a shut off valve in and a sight tube to keep and eye on the level of the tank . Hope this helps , Al

In fact I used a 3/4" line to feed my 1st set of pans on my 3x8. I now have a 1" line for my current 3x8 pan set.
Just be sure the line to the pans won't freeze. If there's a risk of that, just keep a bucket of sap to dump in if an issue arises, to give you time to fix the problem.

Put a union in your line too. It will make it a lot easier to break down if you have a problem.

Rayi - 3/4 isn't much! Your flue pan float can be fooled by high foam under the hood, which you can't see, so be sure and use defoamer into the float box every time you fire. The float will also behave differently depending on the amount of head pressure, which drops as your head tank empties. Once you get use to running your evaporator you should be skinny but okay. Keep the pail full and handy! I run 1.25" and 3' of head to the bottom of the feed tank.

I used a 3/4 to feed my 4*12 for years with no problem.

From the chart I have, 3/4 pipe flows on gravity at a rate of 660 gph, 1" at 960 and 1 1/4 at 1500 gph.

I am not sure how fast you are boiling, but think you'll be safe with 3/4.

3/4 is plenty on a 2x6 that is that i currently use on mine. (With hood and preheater boiling 8% ) . I used to use a 3/8 line with 12" of head before i added the preheater without any issues.

3/4" line will run a lot of liquid thru it. Should be plenty for feeding a 2x6.
