I'm planning to tap this coming week. It looks like we'll start the year with a big run. Did anyone happen to see that the lows are above freezing at the end of next week? I hope the deeper cold we've had doesn't just give way to spring.

Started Sunday and it's tough going out there. Lots of snow, hope to have them all in by the weekend. Homemade evaporator with new firebrick firebox, blower and Smokey lake maple flat pan. Can't wait. Good luck

Over on mountain rd wilbraham. Just getting into it so I'd like to come see a real operation. I have 8 acres of maple so I would like to expand someday. I think I talked to yur kid Andrew about some buckets I saw on Craig. I would like to find some with lids.
