Fellow Sap Suckers..
I bought 2 of these
ww.rubbermaidcommercial.com/rcp/products/detail.jsp?rcpNum=2620
Rubbermaid 2620.
If they are gray white or yellow the maker says..
Gray, White and Yellow are USDA Meat & Poultry Equipment Group Listed and assist in complying with HACCP guidelines.
Certified to NSF Standard #2 (gray, white and yellow) and Standard #21(all colors)
Would these containers make reasonable sap storage containers ?
My concern is the Meat and Poultry safe is not the same as safe for liquid storage ?
I also occasionally have the need to store pear or apple juice. I suppose acidic juices might have more strict requirements.
Any advice welcome,
Thanks
