Tapping in Westchester

I put my buckets out yesterday. It looks like we've got some cold coming at the end of the week, hopefully it won't stick around long.

Always glad to see someone else from Westchester here. I installed 21 taps on Feb 17 and was collecting and boiling this weekend in Bedford. Looks like it will be a slow week for sap if it doesn't warm up again. Good luck, how many taps do you run?
