evap pans

I looking for some pan ideas on a 30x60 leader evap.I just restored arch and it came with drop flue 30x30 and front pan continuous flow flat pan.of course there English tin I'm wanting to have the Amish man I know make me some pans out of stainless he does a nice job but honestley don't know what I want made I think drop flue is probley out of budget for this year any ideas?

Just wondering is anyone else ever had a 2 1/2 by 5 I can find no information at all on it again its a leader and if someone has pans for it I may need them
