Put in 33 taps today. Sap started running immediately! 60 degrees in eastern Missouri. Supposed to be over 40 plus in the daytime and in the twenties at night all week. Here we go!

Yes 2014. We are completely at a stand still now but we got about a 100 gallons boiled down to concentrate. Itching for the next run. :)
