About a year ago I ran across a nice dumping station that someone had made to collect sap with a truck. It was a blue barrel tipped on its side with a hinged lid and a pump mounted inside. I have seen others on here but I cant seem to find this one (I thought it was done particularly well) if any one could point me to pictures of this or any pictures of any others it would be a great help.

Hi,
Ours is a 55 gallon barrel cut in half with the pump in the bottom. May be some pictures on here I know I have some on my computer if you need ideas. But it is not as you have described.

Bring pictures of your Oliver 88 over to ATF, Antique Tractors Forum. You can find me there too. Good folks.

8353Here's our set up. Small 12v pump in 15 gallon bucket pumps into cage tank. Plugs into trailer hook up. Turn the truck lights on and the pump runs while we lug buckets. Has a screen in top lid of bucket.

I made a couple of dumping stations like sugarmaker referred to. Mine used a rule bilge pump and I connected an extension cord to the battery for power. Wired tied the cord to the frame. I would be willing to part with them as I no longer have buckets.

Mine is very similar to cherrys setup...rule pump in a short tub...piped into my 450 gal tank...only difference is that my pump tank is on a platform that goes into the slide ball hitch...saves climbing up to dump...
