What is the minimum number of taps I need to run a 2x6 flat pan

I had roughly 100 taps on vacuum last year with about that much surface area and I spent some pretty long hrs boiling. I was getting about 15+ gallons per hour evaporation. Figure 1 gal sap(avg.)per tap per day(w/o vacuum) against how long you want to boil.
