The latest edition available is the 2006 version. It is available from many equipment dealers and State Associations. http://www.massmaple.org/manual.php

The next edition is slated for 2016 release. It will include updates primarily to the sap collection and sap processing chapters, the grading chapter, the marketing chapter, and the appendix on sap/syrup chemistry, as well as a totally new chapter on food safety.
