Newbie to this forum but have been a maple junky for many years. Had a local kiln maker build me an arch years ago and the little 3 compartment 20"x54" flat pan unit gives me 10 gph.
But retirement from my day job is looming in the not so distant future so it is time to step it up. Will be posting some " next step" questions on the evaporator section soon.
Interesting discussion I fall tapping from my neighbor one county west. Can't imagine it is running now. I can walk out on the ice on the pond.
