Pan Washer questions

I recently bought a homemade panwasher, minus the pump and reservoir- so some assembly is required. The pump is'nt a problem but I'm wondering what the average size (in gallons) is of the water tanks on the factory-made units. How many gallons of permeate/condensate should be used for cleaning an 18"x30" syrup pan?

Any advice on pan washer set-up and usage will be appreciated.

Steve, check with Ben Benjamin of Ben & Judy's, he made the first pan washer and then sold the idea to Lapierre (or CDL or whoever it was).
