Howdy Neighbors. Let's talk sap

I know we not quite there yet but I thought I'd ask now. This season will be our first year of commercial production and I know I won't have enough taps yet this year, may not have vac either. That being said, I'd be interested in anyone selling sap in the central NY/ADK/Lewis/Oneida/Oswego area or thereabouts. My sugarbush is in Herkimer County, in South West corner of the ADK Park.

Thought now as good a time as any to get folks thinking about it :lol::lol:

I buy sap, don't sell it. I think many who sell don't think that far ahead nor do they keep up with this forum. Those on here who do sell sap have already made arrangements. Keep putting the word out, especially after you can determine the prices you will pay. Someone will eventually bite. Also, state how much you can handle a day, it will help steer sellers the right way better.
