Hi Guys, just in for some suggestion on how you all place the filter press into you operation.
With the new addition I have a room for filtering and canning. Im going to use a finisher this year. Syrup is going the come off evap into that. The I guess I would add filter aid after its perfect on the hydrometer. Then send it threw the filter press into my canner, or barrel.
Is a 1/4 cup of filter aid enough for 1 gallon of syrup??
