Sandy and I just got back from our long weekend in Wisconsin. After buying new front pans and a bottler from Smoky Maple two years ago, I just had to get a matching flue pan. I am absolutely astounded by the high quality and incredible value of that equipment. I have had equipment from most of the larger manufacturers over the years and none of it compares to the meticulous craftsmanship that Jim and his guys put forth. Inside and out this pan is a work of art. I have always recommended their work in the past, but this flue pan sets new standards in the industry for me.
The new flue pan is a 3'x9' raised flue high output. It has 17 flues in it, this thing is going to RIP AND ROAR! My old Waterloo only had 12 flues and it was heavier metal I think. Can't wait for spring now.
Oh yeah, stayed at my inlaws all weekend, that was ok too.
