Well the move to the new sugarhouse is almost done. Evap is in and the electric company should hookup my service this week. All that's left is to get the R.O. in its new home. As soon as the high pressure pump is back from its rebuild we should be ready. Shooting for 5 to 6000 this year.

Well looks like a beast. You will have to tell us about it, I am sure you will give it a good work out.

Beautiful evaporator..we will get are new one in January, I can't wait. Judging from your progression into maple sugaring from 2011, you may be as insane as I am..lol

That's a nice setup. What size is it? I hope your filter press can keep up.

Looks great Scott! I'll be up working around Mt Pisgah the next two days, I'd ask for a tour but I won't have time! :) Good luck getting everything ready.

Im not sure how it happened. I would have loved to have a wood pellet but the price was right on this one. Its a 6x16 oil fired with a max flue pan. It will also have a steam away on it soon. I was planning on picking up the steam away today but a flat tire on the trailer put an end to that idea. Added another post to the R.O. this year too so I think Ill have the processing capability to add a ton of taps this coming summer. Its a bit big for this year but I got tired of always running out of processing capabilities so I decided to go big with equipment and then just add taps like crazy.
Andy that's to bad, you are so close I can see the tower at the county park while Im writing this. If you get any time call me Id be glad to give you a tour real quick. Got some new lines right by the road to.
