My father in Muskegon called me today to see if I still needed any firebrick, as he was at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore on Ottawa, in Muskegon, and they had a shopping cart full of fire brick for $1 each. I think he said there were 44 bricks.
I don't need them, and thought I'd pass that on to any sugarmakers in the area who are looking for inexpensive brick.
