Hi all In Maine can you have your hand sink go into a dry well and still

I can't speak for Maine, but in NY a farm can run a sink into a dry well, and can also have an outhouse.

I dont know for sure but in LURC country I dont believe that you can because when I filled out the permit for my sugarhouse it asked for a soils test if any fixtures were going to be present
