Hi everyone! I just wanted to introduce myself as a new guy at all of this. We just finished our sugarhouse. It is 14' x 20' to hold a 2 x 6 older Grimm evaporator. We bought the entire system from a guy. It came with 115 taps, all of the collection tanks, holding tank and evaporator. Looking forward to our first year here in Central New York.

Keep reading this site for lots of great info. It has helped me as I have learned it all over the last 11 months.
