Just thought I would put up a few pics of the Mason Evaporator I just received yesterday. It is a very nice looking piece of equipment. Bill pays a lot of attention to detail and he is an excellent person to deal with. I am a very happy customer. Can't wait to fire it up.

Got yourself a decent unit there. Got mine in August, and have it set up ready to go. Was totally amazed with the results of the test boil. (evaporated 25 gallons in 67 minutes) Mine is also a 2x4XL, but I got different pans than yours. You should get around 12 or 14 GPH with yours.801780188019
