Where is a good place to purchase shaker bottles to use for selling sugar?

I have been getting mine through Bascom's in NH. You can order them by phone or through their website and they ship them quickly.

That said, there are other online packaging supply and food specialty wholesale outfits that sell them, and if you buy large quantities you can probably get them cheaper than at Bascom's.

Checked at Bascoms. Price was good but shipping was more than the cost of the shakers so I guess I'll keep looking.

How many shakers are you looking for? Can't you price your sugar appropriately to pay for the cost of shipping?

Try USplastics. The containers are rated for fluid ounces, a 16 oz container will hold 8 oz weight in sugar, a 32 oz will hold 16 oz sugar by weight.

Found glass 12 Oz Sugar Jars w/ Side-Flap Tops at foodservicewarehouse.com for $19.79/dz. and that includes shipping. Much less cost than plastic shakers and I think being glass will be more attractive to customers. They do only hold 8 oz. of sugar but that means I can sell them for a nice even $10 ea. which I think will be an attractive price point.
