RO room heat

Got a heat source for my RO room. My plumber buddy found a almost brand new oil fired hot water heater!! A zone valve, thermostat and baseboard and we have heat. The bonus is i will also have hot water also....sweet.

Priced out a Rinnai propane wall unit yesterday and the smallest unit ( room is only 8x12) was $800 with the tax and no hot water.

I always like FREE! Good deal. You say the other was $800 with tax, don't you get a farm exemption for sales taxes in Vt?

Jeremy- I find a good deal once and a while!! It is coming out of a seasonal house in Wallingford. The homeowner only used the place a few times a year and shut it off when not in use so it has minimal hours on it.

Dave- Normally at Webb If it is under my maple account I dont get charged tax. They must have put it under my regular account.

Now if I can find a Vacuum pump for the right price I will be all set.
