candy/cream machine

I have heard there is a machine being made that will make both cream and candy. Does anyone have one of these, and how does it do. Have tried some cream recently that was the smoothest I have ever had, kinda think it was made with the newer auger machine instead of the paddle one. Any thoughts on this?

You can make good quality cream with a candy machine, though it is slower than a gear pump cream machine and it takes some practice.
