New to vacuum. Looking for some input on oil cooled vs water cooled pumps - what works what doesn't. I will have heat for pump house and water supply is an option but not an easy one. Any advice from experienced traders would be appreciated.

Water will run cooler and with higher vacuum as a rule of thumb .

I have a 3 hp Atlantic water cooled. One big plus for water, you do not have to worry about sap getting into the pump
