Who is going to the auction- and what will you be hunting? There is always something you could find to take home with you. My son and I went last year and had fun just looking to buy buckets - there were no shortage of those there. A lot of other things could have made their way home in the truck. We probably stood next to quite a few familiar names from this forum and didn't know it. Maybe you have got a a good story of bringing home what looked to be a real lump of coal but with a little bit of pressure and ingenuity looks like a diamond now.

I wouldn't miss it! I have a couple items in the auction. 325 gal poly truck tank, 169 gal stock tank, some stainless milk strainers, and a wood stove that could be converted to a small hobby arch. Also a 15x15 stainless canner with filter tray and lid from Wegner's Metal Works.

Any auction highlights? I wasn't able to go Saturday. Heus - how did your stuff sell?

Got a decent price for my canner and some assorted items, but only got $50 for a nice truck tank. I was able to pick up a Marcland full feature draw off for $200, though. Not nearly as many buckets and spiles as the past two years.

I'm glad I got my bucket shopping done there last year then. I didn't really have anything I was looking to find. I got a preheater made for my pan already and I may come up with a pump to move some sap but I have a plan for that.
