Smith-sharpe in Minneapolis. They have bricks, ceramic blanket, refractory cement, etc

Thanks!

I guess now I need to figure if I should use fire blanket, arch paper, or fire board.

It depends on what type of arch. A layer of firebrick over blanket or arch board ( I used rock wool insulation from Smith Sharpe) is good for the firebox walls. There is no need for brick further back. Ceramic blanket works great there and is easy to install.

If you want to stop by you can look at how mine is installed
