I have been reading some of the posts, and wondering what to use to sift my granulated sugar.
Many say use a "screen". Could someone please clarify what kind of screen, size of the holes, size of the whole thing.
I have been using a flour sifter and it is very time consuming, and I like the idea of "pushing" the sugar through a screen to get rid of lumps.
