3'x3' finishing pan with dividers

I've been looking around and can't seem to find a price on a used one... I have a local guy who told me to make an offer on his finishing pan. it is in good condition 3'x3' with dividers and two drains, no leaks. how much is a pan like that worth... Sort a new to this so I'm not really sure and don't want to make an offer that would offend him! ???

Last year I had one made by Thor of Quebec, same side draw. It ran $832.00 with all SS valves and beautifully welded, hot float and all. If the one you have your eye on is welded and in real nice shape, I'd offer up to $300, likely start at $200. If it is soldered, lead free and real nice shape I'd offer $100 to max $200. If it has lead solder maybe $50-$75 max. These are all in good condition, IMHO.
