Hi Folks,

We are considering producing a series of educational videos on maple sugaring topics. These would be very short (5-10 min max) single-topic videos that would be freely available to producers.

Our question is....what would you like to see? Keep in mind, very short, very specific. So for example....how to cut in a dropline or how to tap would be good topics.....how to layout a tubing system or design a sugarhouse would not.

After we get suggestions for a lot of topics, we will put these together into a survey to allow folks to vote for those they think would be most useful.

Thanks,

Exactly the sort of thing we were looking for, except that we would probably break the "grading syrup" into how to measure density, judging color, assessing flavor, off-flavors-type topics.

Keep them coming folks....we want a LONG list.

Detecting leaks in a high vacuum system. Fixing the leak after detecting it would also be helpful.
