Hope everyone had a great Memorial Day .... Remembering the real reason we celebrate this Holiday,from the Revolutionary War to the present men and women putting their lives on the line for us. I wish everyone could listen to the Star Spangled Banner as never heard before (you can Google it)The real reason we have the opportunity to pursue this wonderful art of syrup making

I am fortunate to live next to a cemetery. My son and I were able to sit on the front steps and listen to taps. A great experience every year.
