"As the crow flies", how far is it from your sugarhouse to the end of your farthest vacuum line?

About 3,000' to the end of the farthest mainline, about 1,400' to the farthest tank.

I cast my vote, but I am not sure what you are looking for as my pump is not at my sugarhouse.

About 10 miles. That is why I need to haul my sap back. Both of my pumps are in the woods at the collection tank and are gas powered since I don't have electric available.

If this question is just for curiosity OK, if you want to know what you can do, check out Steve Child's report on this topic. The biggest issue is pipe size, not pump size. He shows that several size pumps yield the same vacuum level when the pipe is too small. The longer the pipe the greater the importance of pipe size.

Asking the question mostly out of curiosity, unrelated to pump or line sizing...
