Sap ladder step up

Looking for info,YouTube has a video of a sap step up that is 75'.with@750 taps on it.how is this work.I have a situation that this would work excellent.this sap step up is in Franklin county vt,does any body know who this is and how do I get in touch?.Email me please.

Without a close up of it in action and a vac gauge reading at the end I'm pretty darn skeptical. I can see doing that height in four separate ladders in series and it would work, but he appeared to be showing lines running up slope gradually, which either wouldn't work or wouldn't work very well. We definitely need more info. Without a gauge reading I say BS to 26" at the last tap. Also note that not all the taps are being lifted the total height.
