I was having issues with papers breaking on my 7" with only 5 or so gallons going threw. I took in all the advice and decided on sticking with the 7" filter press and adding more FA and it worked great this year!!!!:) I would wait till I got 4 or so gallons and put in 3 to 4 cups of FA. And then after each draw off I'd filter each batch slowly at first. Went threw 12 gals in one night no problem.:) Never broke any papers, went through more FA though.:D Thanks again to everyones opinions..:D Hope everyone had or is having a great season!!!!
