Due to some serious health issues and personal problems, I had to get out of the syrup business for a bit. (Right after I bought a 2000 tap bush that I have never tapped). Currently, I'm planning on restarting in a different location with a smaller, but more efficient setup. One of the things on my wishlist was a UV sap sterilizer To improve grade and storage time, but I see Leader doesn't carry them anymore. Are they out of favor for some reason? Were they not effective?
