Resheeting a sap storage tank, I guess that's what you'd call it?)

A have a couple galvanized sap storage tanks with very good steel frames and I was wondering if anyone has hand the galvanized replaced with stainless. If so, who did you have do the work and was it worth it or should I just replace the whole thing?

If you can get the stainless I'm sure a shop could weld it and bend it for you. It just depends how much the stainless sheets cost, you could even get the brush finish instead of mirror finish cause it is cheaper
