I haev manage to finish about 4 l of stringy syrup. I have filtered it and now trying to figure out what to do with it. I was thinking about making maple nuts with it. Just wondering if anybody had experience with doing this. Any input would be appreciated.

Stringy syrup is always graded com. but at an even lower price. At 4 liters you can't sell bulk. I'd just toss it even though it hurts to do so.
Use it for yourself. I just finished using .5 gallons of syrup from last years last boil that had a metabolic taste. Ive been using it in my coffee an the off flavor is not noticeable. Use it to cook with in beans or something like it or nuts as you stated but don't sell it.
