Snow storm pushes the sap out!

I think the pressure from this storm really helped get the sap rolling. Up until today less than half of my sugar maples were running. Now they all are dripping. Bring on the sugar sap!

Agreed, average of 2 gallons per tree yesterday. Probably the same today.

The sugars in my area started 5 days ago. Trees in the sun first, trees in the shade later. They are going gangbusters now. 4+ gallons per tree per day. I will never keep up!!!!
