Can someone refresh my memory on how these grades relate to US grades? Is NC commercial?

It won't matter this time next year! We'll all be using the same grading system and nomenclature.

IMSI has the following chart for comparison:

I HOPE NOT! Flatlanders coming in here and thinking they know best again. I'm using what stickers I have before I buy any "new" ones. OHH NO HERE COMES THE MAPLE POLICE! ACHTUNG!
This is directed at you Ennis, just my feelings about it.

I am in Northern Vermont, Does anyone know how I would go about selling to the Federation ? I heard yesterday Bascom is paying $2.70. $2.92 is WAY BETTER. that would be about $105.60 more per barrel and I have 10 barrels to sell. Need to make as much as possible to try to pay off the bills at the end of the season.

Dont forget that you cant sell syrup to quebec federation. This is not a buyer if youre not member.
Also, dont forget that if they dont have a reserve, the price of the syrup is going to go down.
