Hi,this is my second year to make syrup in Cheatham County,TN.My sap only test 1.2-1.5% sugar so it took a lot of boiling to make 6.5 gallons of syrup but it taste great!Other than a few pints for our family,I bottled the rest in 12oz bottles with a cool label.
